Description
The TS0862 Smart Door Controller is a low cost, compact door controller that performs all the functions necessary to control the operation of a single door. It is compatible with the TS0861 Magnetic Swipe Card Reader and Wiegand format readers. The TS0898 is ideal as a single-door controller for Wiegand-format biometric devices such as fingerprint readers.
The TS0862 interface device provides a dedicated relay for access control applications, as well as a request-to-exit (RTE) input.
The unit provides a tamper input, as well as LED indicators for communication between the device and the control panel. Onboard open collector outputs are used to control the reader LED, as well as sounding the beeper.
